About the role

Taco Mac is hiring To-Go Specialists. As a To-Go Specialist, you will ensure all To-Go orders are packed accurately, including all related sauces, sides, and utensils. You will help ensure guests have a great Taco Mac experience, whether dining in the restaurant or at home. This position offers valuable restaurant experience and a pathway to a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders with 100% accuracy, including all required sauces, sides, and utensils.
• Ensure all orders are prepared and packaged promptly to meet guest expectations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, both in person and via phone.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or similar roles is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
