Neuro Wellness Spa is seeking a highly organized, friendly, and compassionate TMS Technician for a full-time position. Previous experience with patient care is required.

What is TMS?
TMS is a non-invasive treatment for depression that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific brain areas. It is covered by most insurance and has no drug-related side effects. Treatment involves reclining in a private room, relaxing, reading, working, or watching TV during sessions lasting about 20 minutes.
TMS Technician Responsibilities
- Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols.
- Set up the TMS device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
- Provide excellent patient care and develop trust and rapport with patients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.
- Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.
- Record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.
- Communicate with certified TMS psychiatrists overseeing treatment at multiple locations.
- Deliver superior customer service to all potential patients.
- Strong customer service skills and exceptional phone presence are essential.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, strong computer and data entry skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail and complete tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or clinical care preferred
- Experience working with patients suffering from anxiety and depression preferred

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10:30am-7pm.
