About the role
TLD Logistics is hiring Glass Drivers for full-time positions based in Crossville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Deliver to the same customers so routes are familiar
- OTR driving with 80% preloaded trailers
- No manual tarping required
- Ability to park overnight at 90% of the customers
Qualifications & Requirements
- Requires at least 1 year of recent over the road experience
- Flatbed experience preferred but not required
Pay
- Experienced Glass Drivers start at $.70/mile
- Inexperienced Glass Drivers start at $.67/mile
- Continuous pay raises until reaching top pay
- Paid Practical Miles
- Mileage Incentive Plan
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 for experienced drivers
- $650 Quarterly Safety Bonus
