About the role

TLD Logistics is hiring full‑time Glass Drivers for over‑the‑road (OTR) positions based in Crossville, TN. Drivers operate driver‑friendly trailers with no manual tarping, 80% of trailers are preloaded, and routes serve the same customers so they become familiar. The position includes paid practical miles, a mileage incentive plan, two weeks of paid hands‑on training for inexperienced drivers, a sign‑on bonus, and a quarterly safety bonus.

Pay

• Experienced drivers: start at $0.70 per mile
• Inexperienced drivers: start at $0.67 per mile
• Continuous pay raises until top pay is reached
• Paid practical miles with a mileage incentive plan
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 for experienced drivers
• Quarterly safety bonus: $650
• Two weeks of paid hands‑on training for inexperienced glass drivers

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent over‑the‑road experience
• Flatbed experience preferred but not required
