Titles QA Agent
This is an in-office position at our Denver, CO office located in the Denver Tech Center.
About the role
The Titles QA Agent performs consumer document audits for the vehicle loan refinancing and purchase process and ensures that the documentation meets jurisdictional requirements and regulations for the DMV.
Responsibilities
- Identifies the deal type and performs the audit following the standard process.
- Assesses if correct title documents were generated to support the title transaction deal setup.
- Efficiently fills out and submits title documents per jurisdictional requirements.
- Ensures quality assurance of documents prior to submission to jurisdiction for processing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven record of similar job experience with Titles is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, accurate and timely deliverables.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret Excel reports.
- Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Computer skills; Excel proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
- Adherence to company’s policies, including but not limited to attendance and latency policy.

Pay
$25 per hour
