About the Role
One-on-one para-professional position supporting students at Sunrise Acres Elementary School in Las Vegas.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- Minimum of 48 credits from an accredited college or university or a passing score on the Educational Testing Service (ETS) ParaPro assessment.
- Experience working with children.
Licenses and Certifications
- Current CPR/AED certificate from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or a similar organization. Certification must be maintained for the duration of the assignment and must include an in-person, hands-on component (online courses are not accepted). A copy of the front and back of the certificate must be uploaded with the application.
Documents Required at Time of Application
- High school transcript or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
- College transcript(s) from an accredited institution, if applicable, or a copy of a passing score on the ETS ParaPro assessment.
- Current CPR/AED certificate (front and back).
- Specific documented evidence of training and experience to satisfy qualifications.
