Responsibilities

• Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Implement classroom accommodations as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student learning
• Monitor student progress and communicate regularly with educators
• Participate in professional development activities to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid Nevada teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months
• Experience working with students with learning disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
