About the Role

This is a para-professional support-staff position located at Antonello, Lee Elementary School in North Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified staff in providing instructional support to students.
• Help implement lesson plans and reinforce learning activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students as directed.
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and productive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and student supervision.
• Perform clerical duties such as preparing materials, grading assignments, and recording data.
• Support students with special needs under the direction of certified staff.
• Assist with the setup and operation of instructional technology and equipment.
