About the Role

This is a para-professional support-staff position at a Title I elementary school within Region Three of the Clark County School District.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in providing instructional support to students.
• Help implement lesson plans and reinforce learning concepts.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students as directed.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Supervise students during non-instructional times (e.g., recess, lunch, transitions).
• Assist with clerical duties, such as record-keeping, grading, and attendance tracking.
• Support students with special needs as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff to support student success.
