Responsibilities

• Advocate for at-risk and wounded students
• Provide emotional support and guidance to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement educational plans
• Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Support students in achieving academic and personal goals

Requirements

• Superior communication skills
• Positive attitude that contributes to a supportive and productive work environment
• Willingness to accept feedback and seek continuous personal and organizational improvement
• Ability to learn and adapt to new demands

Qualifications

• Passion for education and working with at-risk and wounded students
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for fieldwork)
