Title Examiner Duties And Responsibilities

• Review the title report along with supporting documentation to identify any potential title issues
• Perform any necessary research and due diligence in order to confirm or eliminate any title issues
• Prepare the title information sheet
• Build file in case management system including the legal description, necessary counts which may be required to correct title issues and input defendant information into case management system
• Review GAP/updated title reports and supporting documentation
• Prepare the GAP review sheet
