Title Examiner Duties And Responsibilities
- Review the title report along with supporting documentation to identify any potential title issues
- Perform any necessary research and due diligence in order to confirm or eliminate any title issues
- Prepare the title information sheet
- Build file in case management system including the legal description, necessary counts which may be required to correct title issues and input defendant information into case management system
- Review GAP/updated title reports and supporting documentation
- Prepare the GAP review sheet
