Foreclosure Billing Paralegal needed in our Cypress Creek office. The Foreclosure Billing Paralegal will play a crucial role in reviewing wire transactions, invoicing, vendor management, and billing procedures. Responsibilities Your Foreclosure Billing Paralegal Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Preparation of Invoices Trust Balance Reconciliation and wire allocation Update client of status in respective client management system or by email as well as internal case management system Preparation and Submission of Client Invoices, Residential Foreclosure Preparation and Submission of Client Invoices for Attorney oversight cases in various states, and reconciliation of vendor payment to local counsel. Prepare, review, and process client invoices ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing guidelines Conduct audits of billing entries and client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance Resolve billing discrepancies, provide assistance in resolving client billing inquiries, including monitoring payments and following up on overdue invoices Communicate with attorneys and other professionals to gather necessary billing information Assist with gathering and organizing documentation for audits or client inquiries Collaborate with departments to streamline billing processes and enhance client satisfaction Maintaining client vendor management system to ensure all records are up to date. Maintain client billing records and track litigation billable hours, as needed when requested.
