Title Curative Specialist I

About the role

The Title Curative Specialist is responsible for title claims in New York, New Jersey & Florida. They review issues and notify clients on various client systems. Depending on the client, they either file the title claim or monitor its progress through the systems. They collaborate with underwriters and title counsel until the issue is resolved. The specialist must keep both FW and client systems up-to-date.

Responsibilities

• Review and notify clients on various client systems regarding title issues
• Filer title claims or monitor claim progress based on client needs
• Work with underwriters and title counsel to resolve title issues
• Keep FW and client systems updated and current

Qualifications

• Experience with Florida e-filing platforms (e-Portal, Simplifile, PACER, SCRA websites) is preferred
• Familiarity with foreclosure compliance procedures is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• An associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $18 - $20 per hour (Remote (United States)).
