Title Clerk / Office Administrator

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Verify documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Maintain organized files and records
• Assist customers with title, registration, and documentation questions
• Provide administrative support to the dealership team
• Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems
• Work closely with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• Previous administrative, clerical, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Vehicle title experience is a major plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 5 day work week
• Must be available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

• Starting pay of $16.00/hour, with higher starting pay based on experience
