From cakes and icings to pizza, appetizers and specialty toppings, its products are used in homes, restaurants and bakeries around the world. Carvel is part of the Rich’s family of brands. As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver you will be responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to supermarket accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high‑quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel truck.
• Ensure safety, achieve sales and credit volume targets, provide excellent customer service, and execute in‑store merchandising.

Schedule

• Hours vary by assigned route; start times can be as early as 3 a.m.
• Average of 10‑12 stops per day (subject to change).
• Must be able to work Saturdays during peak season.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in and out of the truck.
• A CDL‑B permit is preferred; the fee will be reimbursed 30 days after you obtain the license (which Rich’s also pays for). If you do not yet have a CDL‑B, the company will help you obtain it.

Skills

• Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first.
• Previous direct‑store‑delivery (DSD) experience is a bonus.
