Title Auditor I (Onsite: Sacramento CA)

About the role

This position is for the TSG Discrepancy team, which is responsible for taking appropriate action when collateral is received on behalf of our lenders that conflicts with their loan data. This team ensures all necessary action occurs to either escalate these discrepancies to the attention of the client, trigger maintenance as appropriate, and/or issue out various agreements as desired by our lenders.

Responsibilities

• Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next.
• Sort and image Lender packets in vault/secure room.
• Follow established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime.

Attention to detail, good organizational skills, adaptability, consistent accuracy and thoroughness, and efficient and timely completion of work are essential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or comparable completed educational certification.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize daily work.
• Ability to lift or push up to 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or certification.
• Familiarity with the automotive, titling, or finance industry.

• Fast-paced, high-volume, production environment.
• Perform routine and repetitive production work.
• Sit or stand for lengthy periods of time.
• Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
• Occasional overtime, evening, holiday, or weekend shifts.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00. The final pay will be determined by factors including location, education, experience, training, and skills.
