Hybrid (Minimum 3 days per week in our Wilmington, DE office)

What You'll Do
- Responding to agent inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Opening new orders and coordinating workflow with team members.
- Researching and obtaining documents from New Castle County offices.
- Conducting back-title research using company records.
- Supporting the team in delivering accurate title products while meeting important deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, dependable, and eager to learn new skills.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with others.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online research tools.
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
Experience in title insurance, legal support, real estate, or Delaware land records is a plus—but not required.
