About the role
As a recruitment specialist at Tiro Associates, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing highly skilled professionals in various engineering and technical roles across multiple industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with the right candidates, while also managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates for engineering and technical roles
- Conducting initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Preparing and presenting job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and finalizing offers
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in recruitment
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
