TireHub Logistics Center Leader

Role Summary

The TireHub Logistics Center Leader is responsible for overseeing all logistics center activities, employees, inventory, and assets. This role involves communicating TireHub's objectives, missions, and direction, focusing on safety and customer service.

About the role

The TireHub Logistics Center Leader collaborates with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer service, ensures safe operation of all equipment, manages TLC expenses within the budget, handles all issues, secures employees and contractors, manages location inventory, reviews and approves EOD paperwork, and collaborates with Corporate/Regional resources for HR needs and Workers Compensation claims. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Daily opening and closing of the center
• Collaboration with the Sales Team for outstanding customer service
• Ensuring safe operation of all equipment
• Managing TLC expenses within the budget
• Responsible for all issues and resolution
• Ensuring the security of all employees and contractors
• Managing the overall quality of location inventory
• Reviewing and approving all EOD paperwork, including cash handling and bill paying
• Collaborating with Corporate/Regional resources for all Human Resource needs and Workers Compensation claims
• Performing additional responsibilities as requested

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management
• Experience with KPI management and supervisor or management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field preferred
