TireHub Logistics Center Leader
Role Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing logistics center activities, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service.
About the role
This position will be responsible for the daily opening and closing of the center, collaborating with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring safe operation of all equipment, managing TLC expenses within the budget, addressing and resolving all issues, ensuring the security of all employees and contractors, managing the overall quality of location inventory, reviewing and approving all EOD paperwork, including cash handling and bill paying, collaborating with Corporate / Regional resources related to all Human Resource needs & Workers Compensation claims, and performing additional responsibilities as requested.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily opening and closing of the center

- Ensures safe operation of all equipment
- Manages TLC expenses within the budget
- Responsible for all issues and sees them through resolution
- Ensures the security of all employees and contractors
- Manages the overall quality of location inventory
- Reviews and approves all EOD paperwork, including cash handling and bill paying
- Collaborates with Corporate / Regional resources related to all Human Resource needs & Workers Compensation claims
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experiences with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management
- Experience with KPI management
- Supervisor or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field preferred

- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams

- Experience leading day-to-day operations within a warehouse environment

Specific Vision Requirements
- Regularly being required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb and balance
- Handling hazardous materials and wearing various forms of protective equipment (gloves, protective eyewear, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires (up to 50 lbs. or greater with or without mechanical assistance following standard operating and safety procedures)
- Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice
- Driving during the night or in inclement weather may be required
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height, to meet physical compatibility with equipment and safety restraints
