Tire & Wheel Alignment / Automotive Technician
RNR Tire Express is seeking a full-time Tire & Wheel Alignment Technician / Automotive Technician to mount, balance, and install tires and wheels, as well as assist with inventory and keep our tire shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, and align tires and wheels using tire and balancing machines.
- Ensure shop safety guidelines are followed.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain inventory, product, tools, and equipment.
- Properly label and organize incoming merchandise.
- Assist in keeping the tire shop running smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the position.
- Prior experience as a tire technician, wheel specialist, automotive technician, or wheel alignment technician is helpful but not required.
- Experience mounting, balancing, and installing tires and wheels is preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Service-oriented with a motivation to exceed customer expectations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay
Tire & Wheel Alignment Technicians / Automotive Technicians average $16.00 to $23.00 an hour, including bonuses. This position does not operate on a flat-rate pay system.
