Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties
• Move and lift 75+ pounds, working in close quarters
• Work in various temperatures
• Prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers, complying with company safety policies and procedures
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s)

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to interact with customers and drivers professionally
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
