About the Role

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces while interacting with customers and drivers to improve their travels and day. No experience is required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles, including in-shop and roadside service.
• Perform equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds, work in close quarters, and operate in various temperatures.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night shifts as needed.
• Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
