Tire Technician

About the role

Tire Technicians at Big Brand Tire & Service are responsible for performing various tasks related to tire maintenance and repair. They mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, repair flats, and inflate tires to specification. Additionally, they test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors, conduct visual inspections, and document issues. The position also involves conducting oil changes, replacing filters, testing and installing batteries, stocking inventory, maintaining shop cleanliness and safety standards, and working with their team to provide fast, accurate, and elite service.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments)

Requirements

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet
• Flexible availability, including weekends
