Tire Technician
About the role
The Tire Technician at Belle Tire is responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations. This position requires a passion for working on cars and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to customers. It is a foundational role that can lead to a rewarding career at Belle Tire.
Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
- Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred
Qualifications
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds
- Work environment: Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.

Pay
$15 - $17.50 / hour
Schedule
Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
