Tire Technician

The Tire Technician at Belle Tire is the core of our business and a great starting point to a rewarding career. You'll provide expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment

• Based within a tire and automotive service retail store
• Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime
• Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting

Pay

$15 - $17.50 / hour

Schedule

This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
