Tire Technician

About the role

The Tire Technician at Belle Tire is the core of our business. You will provide expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations, while ensuring all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards. You will also deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Requirements

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds

Pay

$15 - $17.50 / hour

Schedule

Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
