Tire Technician
About the role
The Tire Technician at Belle Tire is the core of our business, responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations. This position requires a passion for working on cars and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
- Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred
Qualifications
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds
- Work environment: Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.

Pay
$15 - $17.50 / hour
Schedule
This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
