About the Role

Tire Guy of Idaho is looking for a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team in Cottonwood, ID! This is a hands-on role where you'll keep customers safe on the road by delivering fast, quality tire services they can count on. If you love working with your hands and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires on a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and SUVs
• Perform tire rotations, flat repairs, and inspections
• Assess tire wear and tread depth, recommending replacements or repairs as needed
• Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections including TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate service needs clearly

Requirements

• Previous experience as a tire technician or automotive service role preferred
• Ability to operate tire mounting, balancing, and alignment equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
