Responsibilities

• Work inside a premium automotive dealership as the tire sales expert customers trust
• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive after completing a fully paid training program
• Perform quick visual inspections and identify customer needs
• Confidently recommend solutions, provide pricing, and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations, including inventory and reporting

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment (e.g., wireless, big-box electronics, or membership sales)
• Automotive experience preferred
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Pay

• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85/hour
• Target annual commission: $14,040
• Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)
