Tire Sales Specialist (Silver Spring, MD) - SIGN-ON BONUS **$2,500**

About the role

Dealer Tire is a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918 in Cleveland, OH. We're looking for driven individuals to join our team as Tire Sales Specialists, working inside premium automotive dealerships as the tire sales expert customers trust.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Automotive experience preferred
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Pay

• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85/hour
• Target annual commission: $13,200
• Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)
