Tire Sales Specialist (Nashville, TN)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85/hour
• Target annual commission: $13,200
• Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)

• PTO eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually)
• Consistent 5-day, 40-hour work week

Responsibilities

• Work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert customers trust
• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)

After a fully paid training program, you will be prepared to perform these duties.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Automotive experience preferred
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
