Responsibilities
- Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals
- Inspect vehicles and identify tire needs
- Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide accurate quotes
- Ensure services are completed as promised
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination
Requirements
- 2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
- (Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred)
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, order systems)
