Tire Sales & Installer Pro - Hermitage

About the role

This is a safety-sensitive position where you will deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales objectives, perform tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintain a well-merchandised facility, including warehouse and housekeeping functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
• Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
• Achieve sales objectives
• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
• Mount and balance tires
• Perform tire repairs
• Conduct oil and filter changes
• Perform vehicle courtesy checks
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks
• Follow MAP Standards

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable MVR and background check
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds

Pay

Earning potential is between $35K and $50K plus commissions paid directly from vendors.
