This is a safety-sensitive position focused on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales objectives, performing tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintaining a well-merchandised facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
• Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
• Achieve sales objectives
• Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
• Mount and balance tires
• Perform tire repairs
• Conduct oil and filter changes
• Perform vehicle courtesy checks and preventive maintenance
• Follow MAP Standards
• Maintain warehouse and housekeeping functions

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Acceptable MVR and background check
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift 20–80 pounds

Pay

Earning potential between $35K and $50K plus commissions paid directly from vendors. This is a top-paying company.
