Tire Builder- Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Changeover Operator: Perform changeovers on tire building machines, involving significant manual labor and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Belt Side Building Operator: Perform belt side building operations on tire building machines, involving manual labor and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Carcass Side Builder: Responsible for assembling the inner liner, body plies, beads, and sidewalls to form the tire carcass, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tire manufacturing or a related field preferred.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and pushing heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them strictly.
