Operator/Laborer - Asphalt Plant

About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, including design, budgeting, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage teams of carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
