About the role
Provide comprehensive flight training for private pilots, certified flight instructors, and commercial pilots. Offer instruction in various aircraft types including single-engine, multi-engine, and complex aircraft. Focus on developing skills in private, instrument, commercial, and sport ratings.
Responsibilities
- Teach private pilot (PPL), commercial pilot (CPL), and instrument rating (IR) courses
- Offer ground school and flight review services
- Train students in various aircraft types including single-engine, multi-engine, and complex aircraft
- Prepare students for FAA certification exams
- Provide personalized flight training and checkride preparation
Requirements
- Valid FAA Private Pilot (PPL) license
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot (CPL) license
- Valid FAA Instrument Rating (IR) license
- Experience teaching private, commercial, and instrument-rated pilots
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in aviation or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant flight instructor experience
- Pass a background check

Pay
- Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 annually
