About the role

We are seeking experienced independent carpenters to work on high-end new build projects, including luxury villas and semi-detached homes. You will independently perform various carpentry tasks on location, from rough construction to finishing, working on high-end homes. You can also partner with a colleague for applications.

Responsibilities

• Installing exterior and interior walls
• Fitting windows, doors, and frames
• Constructing stairs
• Installing interior doors and finishing work
• Finishing ceilings and window sills
• Completion and handover tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential carpentry
• Valid VCA VOL certification
• Own transportation and tools
• Registered with KvK, VAT number, and liability insurance
• Ability to commit long-term
