About the role

As a carpenter at Hiemstra Bouw you will work on the most varied projects. From building complete houses to creating a canopy, renovating a toilet or dormer window: no two days are the same. You work alongside a friendly team and learn something new every day. Safety is paramount: you work with the right attention to it, and we ensure you have everything you need to carry out your work safely, comfortably and enjoyably.

Responsibilities

• Renovation and maintenance tasks
• Collaborating with colleagues to build extensions or even new homes
• Working at different locations to fulfill homeowner wishes
• Traveling to various sites across Friesland and surrounding areas

Requirements

• Passion for carpentry and enthusiasm for the craft
• Some experience in construction (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and openness to new challenges
