Capital Vacations is seeking experienced Vacation Ownership Sales Closers (T.O.) to join our specialized Voyage Team in Daytona, FL. This role focuses on closing our exclusive 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership—a flexible vacation ownership product designed to introduce qualified owners and guests to the Capital Vacations lifestyle.
About the role
As a Voyage Sales Closer, you'll work exclusively with qualified guests following their initial presentation to introduce and close our 10-Year Voyage Membership. This is a specialized closing role designed for experienced professionals who know how to create value, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell the Capital Vacations 10-Year Voyage Travel Membership.
- Meet with qualified owners and guests following their initial sales presentation.
- Build value around the flexibility and benefits of the Voyage program.
- Conduct resort tours and demonstrate the advantages of Capital Vacations ownership.
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales.
- Review financing options and finalize purchases.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from presentation through closing.
Requirements
- Active Florida Real Estate License.
- Previous experience as a Vacation Ownership Sales Closer, T.O., Trial Ownership Representative, Take Over Representative, or similar closing role.
- Proven success in a commission-based sales environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
