About the Role

Timeless is seeking an independent contractor to join our marketing team as a Brand Ambassador (known internally as a Kindness Team Member). In this role, you will act as the face of Timeless at dispensary locations and events, creating meaningful connections with consumers, patients, and retail partners. You’ll work independently across assigned territories to drive brand awareness and sales growth by educating consumers and dispensary staff about our premium cannabis products, promotional activations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role combines traditional brand representation with our unique hospitality approach, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, informative, and professional.

Responsibilities

  • Exemplify the Timeless in-store experience by educating, engaging, and inspiring patients, customers, and dispensary staff with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
  • Ensure the Timeless brand inside the dispensary reflects our merchandising strategy and standards.
  • Monitor customer flow and staff brand engagement.
  • Handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on Timeless products.
  • Set up booths, promotional stands, and stock promotional products for dispensary events and activations.
  • Engage consumers, identify their needs, and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.
  • Create a positive brand image and lead consumers to use Timeless products.
  • Distribute apparel, accessories, brochures, flyers, and additional marketing materials to source new sales opportunities.
  • Report on demonstration-related information, interest level, questions asked, and the number of samples/flyers distributed.
  • Travel occasionally outside the state to assist with Timeless events.
  • Complete full product training and pass a test with a 90% score.
  • Conduct Budtender education for dispensary staff once product training is completed.
  • Maintain schedules for Blitzs, ISA, and Budtender training for designated territories/accounts.

Requirements

  • Contract work is limited to no more than 30 hours per week.
  • Primary shifts are Thursday - Saturday (PM shifts: late afternoon/early evening).
  • Occasional shifts available Monday - Wednesday (PM shifts: late afternoon/early evening) if needed.

Qualifications

  • Cannabis industry knowledge and community connections (preferred).
  • Proven track record delivering hospitality/hosting services.
  • Demonstrated cannabis industry background with relevant experience.

Pay

$25.00 per hour. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own tax obligations.
