What You'll Tackle
Support clients across a variety of timekeeping platforms
Serve as the first stop for internal technical timekeeping escalations
Research, analyze, and resolve payroll/timekeeping questions with clients
Lead timekeeping implementations (requirements, testing, release, training)
Coordinate platform updates: release notes, testing, and agent readiness
Manage helpdesk tickets, report builds, audits, and special projects
Requirements
You bring:
Strong customer service plus technical troubleshooting chops
Excel proficiency and sharp attention to detail
Clear communication, discretion with confidential info, and deadline focus
Qualifications
Preferred: 2+ years in payroll/HR implementation or training; related degree
