Job Summary

You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and checking on guest satisfaction. You will use the freedom to go beyond to turn guest interactions into moments of magic.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests with a warm welcome and an introduction
• Ensures guest satisfaction by checking tables regularly
• Takes drink and food orders for guests, assisting with full knowledge of all menu offerings
• Offers upselling items to complement their meals
• Rings up charges and bids a fond farewell to all
• Keeps area in sparkling condition

Qualifications

• Professional with strong service skills
• Able to work varying shifts including weekends
• Able to multi-task in a busy environment
• Able to stand and walk for 6 - 8 hours at a time
• Excellent communication skills
