Your Role as a Tile Setter

As a Tile Setter with Aman Tiles, you will transform spaces through the precise and artistic installation of tile, marble, and granite. You will be the key to delivering the flawless finishes our clients expect in both residential and commercial settings. Your work will have a direct, visible impact on the beauty and value of every project you complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered, ensuring a solid foundation for installation.
• Mix, apply, and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using hand tools.
• Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them securely to the base.
• Align and straighten tiles to ensure perfect patterns and level surfaces.
• Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
• Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess material for a clean finish.

Qualifications

• A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Tile Setter.
• The physical capability to handle demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Excellent attention to detail for precise alignment and finishing.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively on site.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and understand client needs.
