Tile Salesperson
About the role
A good candidate for this job would have some experience in sales and customer service, as well as good problem solving skills. Basic math skills are required. Must also be able to make phone calls and speak clearly and understandably. A "people person," someone who enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pricing and periodically checking prices on tiles.
- Helping customers find what they are looking for and pick coordinating tile.
- Some design work.
- Making phone calls and answering the phone.
- Communicating with team about orders and customer questions when needed.
- Emailing tile orders and confirming accuracy of orders.
- Keeping the showroom tidy.
