Tile Restoration Service Technician

About the role

Sir Grout is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join a rapidly expanding team. The role involves restoring tile, grout, and natural stone surfaces (marble, granite, slate, travertine) to like‑new or better condition while providing service to home and business owners. This is a full‑time, on‑the‑road position with a company vehicle (or transportation allowance until a vehicle is provided).

Responsibilities

• Restore tile and grout as well as natural stone surfaces (marble, granite, slate, travertine) to like‑new or better condition.
• Provide quality service to residential and commercial clients.
• Perform caulking, tile installation/repair, and stone honing/polishing as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (must have).
• Caulking experience (strongly preferred).
• Tile installation or repair experience (preferred).
• Stone (marble, granite) honing and polishing experience (preferred).
• Experience providing service to home and business owners.
• Friendly, motivated to please clients, detail‑oriented, reliable and on‑time.

Pay

• Base wages: $45,000 to $55,000 total annually.
• $50 bonus for each Google five‑star review.
• Tip income opportunity.
• Up‑sell bonuses: 10% to 20% of qualifying sales.
