With the rapid expansion of TikTok Shop's business in the US market, the Creator & Partner ecosystem has continued to grow on a large scale, becoming a core driver of the platform's transaction growth. Currently, the business is in a critical phase of "large-scale growth + refined operations," facing multiple core demands including optimizing resource allocation efficiency, maximizing budget effectiveness, and managing cross-scenario costs. On one hand, it is necessary to achieve precise matching of core resources such as budgets and traffic among Creators and Partners through scientific resource management strategies to avoid resource waste. On the other hand, it is essential to establish a sound ROI analysis system and data insight capabilities to quickly respond to changes in market trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer needs, providing strong support for business decisions. Meanwhile, as various cost expenditure scenarios become increasingly diversified, there is an urgent need for professional talents to build a standardized policy review and resource monitoring mechanism to ensure compliant and efficient business operations. To further strengthen the core competitiveness of "data-driven + strategic implementation" and promote the high-quality growth of the Creator & Partner ecosystem, this resource management position is specially established. It aims to address business growth bottlenecks and achieve the strategic goals of "high growth, high return, and high compliance" through professional resource coordination, analysis, and optimization capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze US Creator E-Commerce businesses and related business models, focusing on traffic efficiency, user behavior, and merchandise operations. Independently undertake special analyses on live's & short video's creator growth, traffic conversion, merchandise growth, and user behavior.
- Define and develop short-term and long-term scale targets at different perspectives that serve the ultimate business goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights to facilitate leadership's data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze various operating indicators and drivers of the e-commerce operations team on a daily basis.
- Leverage insights from analysis to make informed recommendations for future business strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of strategic and analytical experience focused on market intelligence/corporate fundamental analysis.
- Experience in e-commerce and B2C consumer industries.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel and major external syndicated databases (e.g., credit card, traffic, market data) is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
- Strong network with investors and merchant communities, or experience working as a creator or merchant on major US marketplaces.
- Proactive and self-starter mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Ideal background includes: Market intelligence team at high-growth E-commerce / Internet company; Public equity research or investment (e.g., asset management, equity research at a leading investment bank); and/or Experience at accredited consulting firms focused on corporate finance/shareholder value and commercial due diligence practices.
Pay
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102,600 – $198,360 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
