TikTok Shop Livestreaming Manager (Los Angeles)
Day in the Life
- Plan, manage, and execute TikTok Shop livestream sessions with a strong focus on driving GMV, engagement, and conversion
- Coordinate livestream schedules, scripts, product placements, and promotional strategies aligned with broader marketing campaigns
- Develop and refine livestream content strategies to improve viewer retention, storytelling, and overall production quality
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage livestream hosts to ensure engaging, on-brand, and high-energy performances
- Monitor and moderate livestreams in real time to ensure smooth execution, brand safety, and compliance with TikTok Shop policies
- Analyze livestream performance metrics and deliver recap reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners and collaborate closely with TikTok representatives on tools, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing or hosting TikTok Shop livestreams with proven performance results
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s live features, content ecosystem, and e-commerce operations
- Energetic, confident communicator with the ability to motivate hosts and lead livestream execution end-to-end
- Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English, with strong presentation and client-facing communication skills
- Experience in Fashion or Beauty & Personal Care livestreaming (preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and quickly adjust strategies
- Proactive, adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
