Tiger Activity Center AM Supervisor - Delano Community Education Description: The Delano Public School District's Community Education Department is seeking AM Tiger Activity Center Supervisors. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for all members, guests, students, coaches, and community users. As one of the first points of contact for the Tiger Activity Center, this position delivers outstanding customer service, ensures the facility is clean and well-maintained, and supports the daily operations of the recreation center with reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are looking for Early Risers who want to join our TAC team. Monday–Friday: 5:30 am - 10:00 am Additional hours can be scheduled as desired. Responsibilities Welcome every visitor with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.Open and/or close the Tiger Activity Center according to established procedures.Assist members and guests with facility information and general questions.Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.Monitor facility use to ensure participant safety and compliance with facility expectations.Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns promptly.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming recreation center throughout each shift.Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, weight rooms, circuit training areas, and common spaces.Communicate updates, TAC needs, and information with co-workers/supervisors. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable with excellent communication skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.Comfortable using the TAC's software for registrations and memberships.Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, coaches, staff, and community members.
